What is Microneedling ?

Dermapen micro-needling is an advanced nonsurgical cosmetic procedure used to treat a wide variety of skin concerns including reducing the appearance of wrinkles, smokers’ lines, large pores and acne scars.

How does it work ?

You will have a consultation to ensure that you are suitable for microneedling treatment.

During the procedure the area being treated is cleansed and a local anaesthetic cream is applied to make the procedure comfortable .

The Dermapen is passed over the area to be treatment, inserting tiny needles into the skin.

This leaves minute puncture wounds which triggers the body’s wound healing response and encourages the body to renew skin cells in that area.

While the skin is repairing, the production of collagen and elastin is increased, plumping the
area and causing a reduction in wrinkles and scarring.
